Not different from the past years, AKC school hold a School Open House / Back to School Event with different themes and messages.

With the massive concerns on the global Environment, our this year event gave two messages on the Importance of Education and Environment awareness. As part of the event, sixty children got a backpack filled with school stationeries and uniforms. The criteria for selecting beneficiaries is from the existing Child Foundation sponsored children who had been already assessed on their Intelligent, Abandoned, Poor, Orphan and Social giveback background.

This event was sponsored by our established donor, Child Foundation in the United State of America, including the organizational cost and the student package.

The event started with a warm welcome to all honorable guests and speakers and the audiences by the MC, Mr. Meam BY, AKC teacher of English. He also introduced the event agenda as well as the objectives to the event participants. Next, Mr. Hak Hien made a brief report about the school and what has happened and the plans in this 2022 and 2023. Up next, Mrs. Poes Ean, the Chief of Village of Samrong gave a small remark and officially opened the event. This is not up to the end yet, our AKC school founder, Mr. Samnang Chhon has also shared a great commentary focusing on the Event Topic and Objectives which is the importance of Education and Environment. He shared about the Impacts and Effects as well as what AKC’s roles in supporting and tackling all these challenges.
The meaningful speeches ended by a great speaker of our newly promoted Chief of Commune council, Mr. Kerb Koeun. Mr. Kerb shared the tough stories of going to the same school, same class and same generation with our founder, Samnang. He shared about the commitment, the paint, the gain and the plans he has had to be today. He also gave a potential message to his people in the commune including nine villages about the tension of the current housing removing from Angkor Zone to elsewhere.

Not before long, after all those interesting speeches and comments. The awaiting moment came to the beneficiaries which was the school pack distribution ceremony. There are several
Kids were absent because of their own school exams but they came to take in the evening. The event was ended from here.

This event is a water bottle free event management. The special was arranged Refilled stainless steel water bottle instead of plastic bottles. This is the give a role modal and the plastic bottle littering from any event organization.
